STRESSED-OUT? It could be your LIVER!

 

It's been all over the media, stress is a killer.  

 

Unfortunately, nothing is being said about the REAL issue, and most of the solutions offered only address the issue with a "mind-set hack" or a prescription that causes other problems, like addiction to a prescribed medicine.  

 

Nothing addresses the internal PHYSICAL CAUSE of stress.   Ever notice how some people are able to just "let things go" and are at peace most of the time, while others, in the same situation, are almost "exploding" from the stress and frustration?
