This is the first in a series of 3 emails where I’ll be teaching you how to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost the immune system using an Ancient medical system.
So how do you do this? How can you overcome the frustration and insomnia that comes with stress? The goal of these quick lessons is to show you a few critical things you need to know so you will have the very best chance of reducing the effects stress. Once you start to feel stress melt, and mood improve; you’ll start to notice other things like inflammation and pain reduce; then sleep will get better, as well as energy and mental clarity. At 18 years old I was scared to death of getting cancer since my mom had it while pregnant with me! At 29 I realized I needed to take control on my own health destiny. That was the start of a complete pivot towards natural health in 1992. Now, I’m more vibrant and healthier at 57 than I was at 29. All because I stumbled across an ancient medical system. 5000 years old. No side-effects. Wow.
