Boost the Immune System with Ancient DIY!

Last year over the 2020 Covid shutdown I dug into my 25 year-old text books and uncovered many ancient do-it-yourself methods for boosting the immune system. I scheduled a zoom meeting with my patients and we embarked on a journey that not only helped them keep in good shape while everyone else was stress-eating and drinking - but it also helped me identify and fix my own imbalances that were staring me in the face over that time period.


Over the course of 2020, we reopened the clinic and I was now left with an 8-week online program that will teach you how to do a type of self-acupuncture at home (no needles) as well as the various foods that can help enhance health ( and still taste good) along with ancient movements that stimulate the same stuff acupuncture stimulates.


Now, over a year later, I've seen improvement in my own health and wellness along with my students!


It's never too late to start something new - as long as there's breath in the lungs there's hope.
