Does your car get more attention than your body?

For many, taking care of the family machines, like the cars or the air conditioner tends to get more love and care than their own body.

What's so astounding is that we keep our body for our entire life! Meantime, we can get new cars, homes and all sorts of things. So why don't we pay more attention to our physical needs? I think it's because we don't have a method.
