The First Step to Recover Health

Inflammation, pain, auto-immune, or any disease will be affected by what type of food is being eaten. After decades in the clinic treating all types of health issues, food, at the end of the day and beginning of the day, will make or break any plan to recover health and well-being. The first step is to ditch the junk food. This is so important that I wrote the book on how to do it. In it I explain how chemical additives and flavors are CAUSEING cravings (on purpose!) and a way to treat yourself for the cravings to break this chemical cycle of addition to foods!
